Payment information in this agreement is effective for any sessions schedule from today and beyond. This will be emailed to all clients and needs to be signed and returned to me.
Portrait Agreement:
o Digital Packages start at $160 and covers 1.5 hour of coverage and a digital collection starting at 15 images on a CD.
o Post-session custom image preparation with attention to each image.
o Travel up to 30 miles (additional travel fees quoted upon request)
o Session fee is due the day before the scheduled session. Payable either by PayPal, Check or Money Order. I will no longer accept payment on the date of session, a $25 deposit is needed to secure your session date and is due within 1 week of booking.
o Your fee is non-refundable but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforseen circumstances; please notify Jennifer at least 24 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn’t agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Jennifer will notify you a day or two before the session.
o No-shows forfeit the retainer.
o Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session.
o There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
o Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
o Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged six weeks after your session.
o A word about copyright! All images, unless otherwise noted, taken at your session will be copyrighted by Jennifer Stoehr and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner.
Jennifer would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant Jennifer Marie Photography permission to use images from this session in Jennifer’s portfolio, website, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays. Jennifer will contact you if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio
___ Yes. I would love to see the best images from my session selected for Jennifers’s website and as a blog sneak peek right after the session.
___ No. I would prefer not to see any photos in the blog sneak peek or on Jennifer’s website.
